Full Time Front Desk\Call Center

36-38 hours per week – 4 days per week

Job Summary: Looking for an energetic, outgoing, positive person to join our team at WE Ortho! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a desire to help others and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.  This person will perform a variety of administrative duties such as greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, assisting with the coordination of patient flow, etc.  This would be an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Assistant who is looking to expand their skill set or simply try something new. With the right experienced candidate, we would extend this role will to also support the clinic by seating patients, assisting with sterilization, functioning as a back up to the orthodontic assistants, etc. Compensation commensurate to experience and education/certification.

Administrative Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Greet patients on the telephone and in person
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Contact other dental professionals and offices on behalf of our practice
  • Review charges with patient and collect payments
  • Interact with various insurance companies on patients’ behalf
  • Input patient data into our electronic records
  • Assist in controlling inventory of front desk supplies

  • Patient management, financial or scheduling software experience
  • Previous experience working with insurance claims and\or accounts receivable helpful
  • DA Certification required if applicant is a dental or orthodontic assistant

Certified Dental Assistants & Hygienists

Hours of Operation: 6:45am – 5:00pm Mon - Fri
Full Time: 38-40 hours, 4 full days per wk

Here’s your opportunity!  We’re seeking full-time certified dental assistants or hygienists to join our care team at WE Ortho! This person will be a positive and energetic team player committed to creating an exceptional overall patient experience while promoting a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for staff, doctors, and patients.

We want orthodontic assistants who:

  • Greet every patient with a warm introduction, a smile, and a THANK YOU for coming to our office!
  • Create positive patient relations
  • Are great with children
  • Anticipate, are proactive, and have active listening skills
  • Maintain office and operatory cleanliness
  • Record treatment information in patient records
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, guidelines
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures; such as adjustments and appliance delivery
  • Take intra-oral photographs, x-rays, and impressions; traditional and digital impressions
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Schedule patients

Orthodontic Records Technician\Sterilization

36-38 hours per week – 4 days per week

Job Summary: We are looking for a bright, motivated person to join our team at WE Ortho! Are you a patient focused individual who is passionate about delivering high quality care and service? This role is responsible for enthusiastically welcoming new patients, providing office tours, and answering questions etc.  Work requires a high degree of skill and precision while being able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly productive environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a diverse workload with a positive upbeat attitude. RDA or equivalent certification required for dental X-Ray. Compensation commensurate to experience and education/certification.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and their families on their first visit to our practice
  • Take photos of patients and their smiles
  • Perform X-rays, intra-oral photography, scans and impressions
  • Organize and maintain orthodontic records
  • Properly pour and prepare models for lab
  • Assist with the fabrication of orthodontic appliances
  • Perform sterilization of instruments

Key Competencies (required):

  • Excellent manual dexterity and high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform steady hand and arm movement.
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Doctor instructions as well as follow detailed instructions.
  • Demonstrates high integrity in all activities; does not cut corners to achieve goals
  • The ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • A keen ability to take initiative; showing resourcefulness and a proactive approach
  • Digital photography skills are a plus
